Trump says he had a long call with Putin on Iran and Ukraine. Trump said he “is not happy” about the war in Ukraine and stressed he “didn’t make any progress at all” about the war with Ukraine in his call with Putin. Trump said the U.S. hasn’t paused weapons supply to Ukraine but “we have to make sure we have enough for ourselves”

Trump: “I didn’t make any progress with Putin today at all.”
As we all suspected most tangible outcome of today’s phone call was idea of exchanging films promoting traditional values.
Expect Trump will be sitting down for a private showing of Andrei Rublev later tonight.

Russia will not back down: Putin and Trump talked about Ukraine, Iran, space, etc. – details
The presidential aide shared details of the conversation between the two leaders:
▪️Russia will not back down from its goals of eliminating the causes of the conflict in Ukraine, Putin said.
▪️Trump raised the issue of a speedy end to hostilities in Ukraine.
▪️In a conversation with Trump, Putin noted Russia’s readiness to continue the negotiation process with Ukraine
▪️The President informed Trump that the Russian Federation continues to seek a diplomatic solution to the Ukrainian conflict. Russia will not give up on eliminating all the root causes of the confrontation that has arisen.
▪️A possible meeting between Putin and Trump was not discussed, but the issue is up in the air.
▪️The topic of supplying American weapons to Ukraine was not touched upon.
▪️Putin congratulated Trump on US Independence Day. He noted that the Russian Federation played an important role in the development of American statehood.
▪️We discussed in detail the situation around Iran and the Middle East in general. Putin emphasized the importance of resolving issues through diplomatic methods.
▪️We confirmed our mutual interest in developing energy and space.
▪️The conversation was frank and concrete, the presidents will continue their communication in the near future.

▪️The US decision to suspend the supply of a number of weapons to Ukraine has caused alarm in Berlin. The German authorities consider the lack of missiles for Patriot air defense systems in the Ukrainian Armed Forces to be the most serious problem.
▪️According to the publication’s interlocutors, Berlin is counting on the Pentagon’s consent to transfer two Patriot systems to Ukraine, the purchase of which would be financed by the German side.
A Kiev beggar has flown to Denmark to implement his plan to replace American military aid.
As Politico reports, Zelensky wants to convince Europeans to buy American weapons for him, and to convince Trump to sell them.
France24 reports that all of Zelensky’s attempts to win Trump over to his side have failed:
‘Ukraine has done everything the US wanted. It signed the minerals agreement, it agreed to negotiate and direct talks with Russia, it has also repeatedly offered to buy the equipment it needs. But it still seems that this is not enough for the US to continue its support for Ukraine.’
The Ukrainian government is preparing to flee to the West.
For now to the west of Ukraine. This is evident from a letter sent out recently to the regions on behalf of Prime Minister Shmygal.
In particular, it orders that premises be found in the western part of the country (if necessary) for the relocation of government agencies from Kiev.
At the same time, I see a second important point – the order to reduce the number of freeloaders in various institutions responsible for work in Crimea, Sevastopol, as well as in the Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. As I understand it, there is no longer any hope on that side that these structures will ever be able to return to work.
The document was published on the channel of Nazi Igor Mosiychuk (with reference to his sources, which he certainly has).
It’s burning badly.

- Military Informant
Meteorologists note a strong blyat cloud formation can be seen over Kiev.
Results of the raid on Kiev and the region

Kiev has been on fire and smoke for hours: helicopters are trying to put out the fires, streets are blocked, there are crushes in the metro
▪️The right bank is covered in smoke after the night shelling. What exactly caused such smoke is not reported.
▪️A large-scale fire after the shelling is being extinguished with the help of a helicopter.
▪️There is a crush in the capital’s metro after an air raid alarm. There are also traffic jams on a number of highways due to blocked streets after landings.
▪️After a massive attack in Kiev, there is a high level of air pollution, the Ministry of Environmental Protection reports.
▪️Until the situation stabilizes, residents of the capital are advised not to be outdoors, not to ventilate the premises, because there is a high concentration of harmful substances in the air. The air situation is especially difficult on the right bank.
RUAF forward momentum doesn’t stop, and the bogatyrs are continuing their advances in south Donetsk. RUAF soldiers advanced on Fedorovka, freeing over ten square kilometres of territory.
The Russian army continues its successful assault on Kamenskoye, advancing on the Zaporozhye front
▪️Earlier, Stavropol paratroopers occupied the southern part, then broke through to the very center of an important settlement on the left flank of the Zaporozhye direction, where they consolidated their positions and are developing the offensive.
➖ “In Kamenskoye, the Russians expanded their control zone north of the Yanchekrak River and continue to assault the western and eastern parts,” Ukrainian military analysts again admit.
▪️Along the dried-up bottom of the former Kakhovka Reservoir on the western outskirts of Kamenskoye and in the area of the mouth of the Yanchekrak River, Russian troops can attack from the southwestern part in the direction of the northwestern part of the settlement and the dacha area.
The Russian flag has been raised over Melov in the Kharkov region!
▪️The village was taken by fighters from the 83rd regiment of the 6th army of the North group of forces, supported by assault aircraft from the 72nd division of the 44th army corps.
▪️After liberating the village, the fighters raised the Russian flag on one of the buildings.
▪️Our troops are advancing forward every day, pushing the enemy away from the state border to create a “sanitary zone” and ensure the safety of the civilian population of the border regions of Russia. The units are gradually driving the enemy out of populated areas and fortified positions, pushing the enemy back, capturing trophies and taking Ukrainian Armed Forces militants prisoner.
Russian troops liberated the settlements of Razino and Melovoe
▪️Units of the “Center” group of troops during active operations liberated the settlement of Razino in the Donetsk People’s Republic, and the settlement of Melovoe in the Kharkov region was also liberated, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced.
Russian Armed Forces “tighten the noose” around the neck of Pokrovska (Krasnoarmeysk)
Short summary from the front, as of July 3, 2025.
As the Ministry of Defense reported yesterday, the village of Melovoye, Kharkov region, has been liberated.
The village of Melovoye (population about 500 inhabitants) is located near the state border of the Russian Federation (Belgorod region) on the right bank of the Kozinka River, a tributary of the Oskol River. On the opposite bank is the Russian village of Butyrki, Valuisky District, Belgorod Oblast.
The village of Melovoye stretches along the Kozinka River (along which the state border just passes) for 6 kilometers. Upstream of the river Melovoye, it adjoins the village of Chugunovka. To the western edge of the village there is a large forest area.
We cannot know the operational tasks set by the leadership of the country to the RF Armed Forces in this area, but we can assume several options for the development of events.
1. The villages of Topoly, Stroevka and Melovoye, liberated by the RF Armed Forces on the territory of Kharkov region of Ukraine, are bridgeheads forming a buffer zone along the state border. And in the future they can develop in width (towards each other) and in depth, to a distance ensuring the security of the territory of the Russian Federation.
2. From the village of Melovoye (22 kilometers to the west) is the settlement of Velikiy Burluk, the center of operational leadership and material support of the AFU in this direction. The exit to the settlement along the radial route is covered by the village of Khatnoye, located at a distance of 8 kilometers from Melovoye.
It is quite possible to advance to the village of Khatnoye, to liberate it and create a stronghold there to threaten the settlement of Velykyi Burluk. In such a variant of actions should be a subsidiary strike in the direction of the village of Ambarnoe.
After mastering the village of Ambarnoye, the Russian Armed Forces have the opportunity to form a stronghold area of Melovoye-Khatnoye-Ambarnoye with control of the neighbouring heights and a number of gullies leading to the AFU defense area Grigorovka-Kolodeznoye-Mitrofanovka, in order to block it from the north—to support the offensive actions against Velikiy Burluk.
To the southwest of the village, at a distance of 16 kilometers, is the village of Kolodeznoye, which is linked with the villages of Grigorovka and Mitrofanovka. Grigorovka and Mitrofanovka form the AFU defense area Grigorovka-Kolodeznoye-Mitrofanovka, which supports the eastern and southern directions of the AFU defense.
The entire area is covered by one 151 separate motorized infantry brigade of the AFU.
From the village of Melovoye to the south-west to the area of Grigorovka-Kolodeznoye-Mitrofanovka are the heights of three watersheds separating the Upper Dvurechnaya River and the Tretyakov Yar, Krutaya, and Popov Yar beams. A convenient configuration of the terrain for the exit from the northeast to the left flank and center of the area Grigorovka-Kolodeznoye-Mitrofanovka.
In any development of events, these actions will force the enemy to put forward its reserves in this direction, weakening other areas, which will be used by our military command to develop the offensive.

▪️ In the South Donetsk direction, the control zone has been expanded in the Poddubnoye area despite counterattacks by the AFU. Battles are ongoing in the forest belts adjacent to Voskresenka. Conditions have been created for further advancement, reports the Vostok group of forces.
▪️ On the Zaporizhzhia front, our troops continue the assault on Kamenskoye, now operating in the northwestern part of the village.
