Changes Are Coming – Who Gets to Make Them?

Among the many issues facing Americans apart from the fact there are still Democrats holding offices, is the issue of the dying Green Revolution leaving our countryside littered with giant ugly Chinese windmills, the ground beneath them littered with the carcasses of thousands of dead eagles and other raptors, as well as rendering farm land useless for agricultural purposes by the installation of thousands of acres of Chinese solar panels that are so easily destroyed by any passing thunderstorm with hail in it.

The latest chapter in America’s electric production saga unfolded recently in a Seattle courtroom where U.S. District Court Judge Tana Lin, ruled that billions of dollars Biden’s Congress allocated for electric EV stations had to be released. Her ruling sent shock waves through state capitals and Washington’s power centers. Rarely has a judicial decision been rendered that so clearly exposes the fissures between federal authority and state rights.

Lin’s order to release allocated billions in EV charger station funding to fourteen states isn’t about money, and we’re talking serious cash here, it’s about the fundamental question of who gets to make decisions when Congress has already spoken. The judge didn’t mince words. She ruled that federal agencies simply cannot pause programs Congress had funded and, that’s the issue facing politicians today. It’s a two-sided coin for sure, and we already know, if we’ve been paying attention, that Congress has a less than 50/50 record of getting anything right and that Democrats are determined to bankrupt America by any means available.

We’ve watched New York state struggle with their EV charging network. They had been counting on using roughly $120 million of their $175 million allocation to continue the EV charging station nonsense and Trumps freeze hit them like a rock thrown through a police car window. Construction crews packed up and left the sites. What’s notable is that not every state got relief. DC, Minnesota and Vermont came up empty-handed because they couldn’t prove “irreparable harm,” i.e.: the kind of legalese that makes these legal issues so frustrating for state planners trying to create and support their green infrastructure. The bigger issue of course, and not talked about, is that none of these Green Energy schemes would be workable without government subsidies. California‘s AG, Rob Bonta’s reaction to Judge Lin’s edict was predictably triumphant for a state that is in near financial collapse. Between the lines of his comments about Trumps “executive overreach,” lies serious concern about federal authorities changing the rules after states have already started fulfilling Biden’s Green mandates. But, we’ve gotta be real here. Even with funding flowing again on a single judge’s order, states still face multiple technical hurdles. Arizona contractors have complained that permitting delays required them to waste more time (and money) just dealing with paperwork than actually installing charging stations. It’s all a scam!

Tomorrow’s 02 July deadline for implementing the Seattle Judges order remains. While the Federal Highway Administration stays quiet about potential appeals about EV stations, state planners are already revisiting their blueprints, but doing so cautiously lest another freeze be issued. It’s a survival game and the Leftists are playing hard. They’ve got nothing else.

A political earthquake is roiling across America. It’s not just in party politics where violent change is happening but in our social and economic spheres as well. Saddled with Green adventurism, issues about maintaining Americas Green electrical grid is on the verge of collapse, especially in the heat of summer. How can air conditioning compete with charging electric vehicles when both are used at the same time (hundreds of them) that overloads the grid? We’ve got to get real here. The sun and wind are useful for sailing boats on a lake or working on a tan, but not for maintaining a great countries economy.
